Return policy
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. Once your items are delivered, you have 14 days to ship them back to us for a full refund.

You need to return all merchandise with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us.

You will then be credited with a full refund, consisting of the total amount of your order and shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to us are for your own account.

We will give a refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receipt of your cancellation, provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.

Non-returnable items
Items that are damaged or signed may not be returned.

Attach a note with your name and order number, so we know for sure the shipment is coming from you. 

We strongly suggest using a trackable and insured shipping service (DHL, UPS, FedEx, PostNL). Please provide us with the tracking number for your return via [email protected]. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return. We are not responsible for lost packages sent using your own shipping method.
